It was a privilege to be invited to the Buckingham Palace Garden party on 20 May, in the company of my husband Mike and three of our ACDHPT members, Bethan Dickinson and Valerie and Colin Hindmarch.
The invitation was in recognition of the British Empire Medal, awarded to me in the King’s Birthday Honours last year. I was delighted to accept the BEM on behalf of our fantastic families whose support has been invaluable throughout our decades long battle to gain justice for our children.
