You very kindly highlighted the injustice suffered by women and their children affected by Primodos. We initiated legal action against the UK Government and Bayer, but are now in danger of our claim being *struck out* . The UK Government and Bayer have joined forces to stop our evidence being exposed in Court. Women in their late 70’s and disabled children have been threatened with costs of £10 million if they fail to withdraw their action. Can you please help.
